Differences in claim settlement from the Motor Third Party Liability and from the Wrecking crane Insurance

Abstract:

Abstrakt V této bakalářské práci přehledně ukazuji podrobný postup při likvidaci pojistných událostí z pojištění odpovědnosti z provozu vozidla a z havarijního pojištění. Zároveň hledám rozdíly mezi oběma druhy likvidací jak z teoretického, tak i z praktického hlediska. Podrobně zde popisuji nároky pojištěného, ale i dalších poškozených. Zaměřil jsem se problematiku stanovení skutečné vzniklé škody na vozidle. Vlastní proces likvidace analyzuji v jednotlivých krocích a důraz kladu na odbornost a práci likvidátora pojišťovny, zvolení a činnost externího likvidátora nebo znalce pověřeného pojišťovnou, včetně příkladů konkrétních výpočtů. V bakalářské práci se také zabývám novými trendy v likvidaci, kam patří zajisté aplikační software s využitím digitalizace, spolupráce se smluvními servisy ve vztahu k likvidaci pojistných událostí a komunikace IT. Ke konci práce jsem poměrně detailně zpracoval vyhodnocení současného pojistného trhu v ČR právě v oblasti pojištění vozidel s krátkou úvahou kolem snižování počtu odpovědnostně nepojištěných vozidel.

Abstract:

Abstract This Bachelor’s degree work surveys in a detailed way the claiming process of the settlement from Motor Third Party Liability Insurance and from wrecking crane insurance. At the same time it looks for discrepancies between both sorts of liquidation from theoretic and practical aspects. It describes in detail circumscribed exigencies of the insured, but also of the other. It particularly analyses the assessment issue of the real damage that has incurred on a motor vehicle. It analyses the process of claiming settlement in steps with emphasis on the expert skills of the insurance company, choice and activity of an external insurance surveyor or an expert mandated by an insurance company. This Bachelor’s degree work also includes factual examples and calculations. Baccalaureate further deals with new tendencies in liquidation, where certainly belongs the SW application with usage of digitization, cooperation with contracting services in relation to liquidation of insurable happenings and IT communication. At the end of this work it's relatively in detail processed evaluation insurance market in the CR just in the area of insurance vehicles.
