Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat využitím chatbota ve Škoda Auto a.s. při komunikaci mezi jejími dodavateli. V první kapitole bude teoreticky vysvětlena komunikace v B2B prostředí a její automatizace. Ve druhé kapitole bude zpracována analýza využití chatbotu ve Škoda Auto a.s. společně s výsledky jeho zavedení. The bachelor thesis will deal with the use of chatbot in Škoda Auto a.s. in communication between its suppliers. The first chapter will explain theoretically the communication in B2C environment and its automation.
