Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na význam jídla pro společnost a na aspekty ovlivňující stravování. Dále píši o tradiční kuchyni v minulosti i v současnosti a také popisuji, jak se ve sdělovacích prostředcích promítá kulinářská kultura. Abstract:
My bachelor thesis deal meaning of food for society and aspects influencing eating. In addition to that I write about the traditional cuisine of the past and current and I also describe how the media reflects the culinary culture. In the practical part I find out how mass media influence women's interest in gastronomy. I use quantitative research method with using a questionnaire survey.
