Abstract:
The main aim of this thesis is to analyse the significance of physical activity and a healthy lifestyle. Partial objectives encompass an explanation of the central term "smart device", introduction of types of smart devices and suggestions of methods and ways of their effective employment during physical activities in everyday life as well as in student environment.
