Klíčové faktory pro založení cestovní kanceláře v České republice

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je identifikovat klíčové faktory nového podnikatelského plánu pro založení cestovní kanceláře jako nové samostatné obchodní jednotky a zjistit kritické aspekty životaschopnosti a udržitelnosti tohoto podnikatelského záměru. První část práce je teoretická, popisuje cestovní ruch a jeho zprostředkovatele, požadavky na založení cestovní kanceláře v České republice a strukturu podnikatelského plánu. Druhá část je praktická, popisuje konkrétní cestovní kancelář, dále jsou zpracovány analýzy vnitřních a vnějších ovlivňujících faktorů na konkrétní cestovní kancelář a také finanční plán, který je proveden ve třech variantách. Jde o skutečný podnikatelský záměr, který by měl být v bakalářské práci ověřen, v závěru je na základě provedených analýz posouzeno, zdali je tento podnikatelský záměr životaschopný a udržitelný.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to identify key factors for a new business plan for establishing a tour operator as a new single standing business unit and to find out critical aspects for viability and sustainability of this business plan. First part of the thesis is theoretical, it describes tourism and its intermediaries, requirements for establishing a tour operator in the Czech Republic and a structure of a business plan. Second part is empirical, it describes intended tour operator, there are elaborated analyses of internal, external influencing factors of a concrete tour operator and individual components of a financial plan which is elaborated in 3 scenarios. As this is a real business intent which should be verified in the bachelor thesis, in the conclusion, it’s discussed, based on the analyses performed, whether this business intent is viable and sustainable.
