Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je poskytnout čtenáři informace vztahující se k tématu obchodního školství v městě Ostrava. Tato práce popisuje vznik konkrétních tří škol v tomto městě, a sice Obchodní školy v Mariánských Horách, Obchodní akademie v Moravské Ostravě a německé Obchodní školy v Moravské Ostravě. Práce dokumentuje vývoj zmiňovaných škol od jejich založení až do roku 1938. Nechybí ani charakteristika struktury žáků. Výzkumná část je zaměřena především na analýzu etnicity, náboženského vyznání, teritoriálního a sociálního původu žáků, kteří navštěvovali tyto ústavy od založení škol až do roku 1938. Nedílnou součástí diplomové práce je didaktická část, jejímž cílem je návod, jak by se sledované téma dalo použít buď ve středoškolské výuce dějepisu, či v dějepisném semináři.

Abstract:

The main goal of this thesis is to provide the reader with information related to the topic of business education in the city of Ostrava. This work describes the establishment of three specific schools in this city, namely the Business School in Mariánské Hory, the Business Academy in Moravská Ostrava and the German Business School in Moravská Ostrava. The work documents the development of the mentioned schools from their establishment until 1938. The characteristics of the structure of the pupils are also included. The research part is mainly focused on the analysis of the ethnicity, religious belief, territorial and social origin of the pupils who attended these institutes from the founding of the schools until 1938. An integral part of the thesis is the didactic part, the aim of which is to show how the topic being studied could be used either in high school history classes or in a history seminar.
