Diplomová práce se zabývá konkrétně trestným činem porušení předpisů o pravidlech hospodářské soutěže. Cílem této diplomové práce je zjištění rozdílů a hranice mezi mimotrestní a trestněprávní úpravou horizontálních dohod narušujících hospodářskou soutěž. The diploma thesis deals specifically with the criminal offence of violation of competition rules. The aim of this thesis is to establish the differences and the boundaries between the non-criminal and criminal regulation of horizontal anti-competitive agreements.
