Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této práce je vytvořit inovativní fyzickou platformu na podporu udržitelnosti v odvětví módního průmyslu, identifikovat tržní poptávku po udržitelné módě v Mexiku z pohledu návrhářů a spotřebitelů, jakož i analýzu konkurence na trhu a dopad, který má udržitelnost na nákupní rozhodování mexické společnosti. Podnikatelský plán se skládá ze dvou částí, první je vývoj platformy s názvem "Green Style", která bude vycházet z modelu struktury podnikatelského plánu podle autora Gumperta popsaného v jeho knize ''The Business Plan. Podnikání: Teorie a praxe''. K analýze vnějších a vnitřních faktorů a konkurence budou použity modely ''Lean Canvas'' a ''Porterovy síly''. Módní návrháři účastnící se platformy budou muset splnit specifické požadavky, aby se do platformy vešli. Platforma se bude skládat ze vzdělávání prostřednictvím konferencí a exkluzivních materiálů o udržitelné módě a bude také zahrnovat různé akce, jako jsou módní přehlídky a showroomy, s cílem propagovat návrháře, kteří propagují udržitelnou módu, vytvářet vztahy mezi návrháři a klienty, kteří se akce zúčastní, a realizovat marketingové strategie pro propagaci platformy a návrhářů prostřednictvím distribučních kanálů na sociálních sítích, jako jsou Facebook a Instagram. Na druhou stranu druhá část podnikatelského plánu spočívá v provedení výzkumu prostřednictvím dotazníků s přístupem kvantitativních metod, který určí dopad udržitelnosti na mexické spotřebitele, značky a návrháře, aby se zjistilo rozpětí trhu, aby se poznala poptávka po udržitelnosti v Mexiku a zda je možné vytvořit v zemi platformu pro udržitelnou módu, a také aby se poznaly preference spotřebitelů, konkurence na trhu, distribuční kanály a další důležité aspekty pro rozvoj platformy. V prvním roce své existence si klade za cíl upevnit si pozici měřítka v módním průmyslu a pořádat akce, jako jsou módní přehlídky, showroomy a konference, které budou propagovat práci návrhářů, přičemž udržitelnost bude na prvním místě. Ve druhém ročníku Green Style budou prostřednictvím SWOT analýzy realizovány různé marketingové strategie, které mi pomohou zvýšit počet návrhářů a účastníků, stejně jako začlenění nového prostoru pro stánky ekologických značek. Proto je důležité sestavit finanční plán analyzující tři možné scénáře, pesimistický, realistický a optimistický, abychom měli jasnější a reálnější vizi platformy. Díky všem těmto strategiím očekávám, že dosáhnu 50% nárůstu zisku ve srovnání s prvním rokem. Zelený styl bude představovat jedinečnou příležitost, jak propagovat udržitelnou módu v Mexiku a podpořit rozvoj udržitelnosti ve výrobě produktů místních návrhářů, kteří se zavázali k ochraně životního prostředí, a na druhé straně zvýšit povědomí mexických spotřebitelů prostřednictvím akcí, kde se mohou dozvědět více o udržitelné módě, a také vytvořit pracovní místa a přispět k hospodářskému rozvoji regionu.

Abstract:

The main purpose of this thesis is to develop an innovative physical platform to promote sus-tainability in the fashion industry sector, identifying the market demand for sustainable fash-ion in Mexico from the perspective of designers and consumers, as well as the analysis of the competition in the market and the impact that sustainability has on the purchasing decisions of Mexican society. The business plan consists of two parts, the first is the development of a platform with the name 'Green Style' which will be based on the model of the structure of a business plan according to the author Gumpert described in his book ''The Business Plan. Entrepreneurship: Theory and Practice''. The ''Lean Canvas'' and ''Porter's Forces'' models will be applied to analyze external and internal factors and competitors. Fashion designers participating in the platform will have to meet specific requirements to fit in the platform. The platform will consist of education through conferences and exclusive material on sustainable fashion and will also include different events such as Fashion Shows and Showrooms with the objective of promoting designers who promote sustainable fashion, creating a relationship between designers and clients who attend the event, and implementing marketing strategies for the promotion of the platform and designers through distribution channels on social networks such as Facebook and Instagram. On the other hand, the second part of the business plan con-sists of conducting research through questionnaires with a quantitative methods approach that will determine the impact of sustainability on Mexican consumers, brands and designers, in order to identify the market margin to know the demand for sustainability in Mexico and whether it is feasible to create a sustainable fashion platform in the country, as well as to know the preferences of consumers, competitors in the market, distribution channels, among other important aspects to develop the platform. In its first year, it aims to consolidate itself as a benchmark in the fashion industry, organizing events such as fashion shows, show rooms and conferences to publicize the work of designers, putting sustainability first. In the second year of Green Style, various marketing strategies will be implemented through a SWOT analysis that will help me to increase the number of designers and attendees, as well as the inclusion of a new area for stands of eco-logical brands. Therefore, it is important to make a financial plan analyzing the three possi-ble scenarios, pessimistic, realistic, and optimistic, in order to have a clearer and more realis-tic vision of the platform. With all these strategies, I expect to achieve a 50% increase in profits compared to the first year. Green style will represent a unique opportunity to promote sustainable fashion in Mexico and encourage the development of sustainability in the production of products of local designers committed to the environment, and on the other hand raise awareness among Mexican consumers through events where they can learn more about sustainable fashion, as well as to generate employment and contribute to the economic development of the region.
