Abstract:

Cíl: Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce s názvem "Edukace žen o prenatální péči a screeninzích v těhotenství" bylo navržení, zpracování a realizace edukačního plánu. Edukace proběhla v pěti na sobě navazujících krocích, mezi které patří posouzení, diagnostika, plánování, realizace a vyhodnocení. Dalším cílem bylo vytvoření edukační brožury, která obsahuje stručné shrnutí týkající se daného tématu. Tuto edukační brožuru klientky obdržely na začátku edukace. Dalším cílem bylo vypracování vstupního a výstupního znalostního testu, který byl použit na praktickou část bakalářské práce. Metodika: Jednotlivé edukace klientek proběhly individuálně v gynekologické ambulanci zdravotnického zařízení. Posouzení proběhlo na základě vstupního rozhovoru, testu a zdravotnické dokumentace klientek. Po třech měsících od edukace byl klientkám po předchozí domluvě zaslán e-mail, který obsahoval výstupní test. Výstupní test sloužil k vyhodnocení edukace. Edukace se zúčastnily čtyři klientky, které udělily s edukací souhlas. Výsledky: Pomocí vstupního rozhovoru a testu byl u klientek zjištěn mírný deficit znalostí týkajících se prenatální péče a screeningů v těhotenství. Z těchto sesbíraných dat byly stanoveny edukační diagnózy a vypracován edukační plán. Závěr: Závěrem bakalářské práce bylo vyhodnocení jednotlivých edukací. Na základě vyhodnoceného výstupního testu a zpětné vazby bylo zjištěno, že edukace obohatila a přinesla klientkám zcela nové informace týkající se tématu. Abstract:

Objective: The main aim of the bachelor thesis entitled "Education women of prenatal care and screenings during pregnancy" was to devise the educational plan. The education was conducted in five sequential steps which include assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Another objective was the creation of an educational brochure containing a brief summary of the topic. This educational brochure was given to the clients at the beginning of the education. Another objective was to develop an entry and exit knowledge test that was used for the practical part of the bachelor thesis. Methodology: The individual education of clients took place individually in the gynecology clinic of the medical facility. The assessment was based on the initial interview, test and the medical records of the clients. Three months after the education, the clients were sent an e-mail containing an exit test. The exit test was used to evaluate the education. Four clients participated in the education and gave their consent to the education. Results: Using the initial interview and test, the clients were found to have a slight deficit in knowledge regarding prenatal care and pregnancy screenings. From this collected data, educational diagnosis were made and an educational plan was created. Conclusion: The conclusion of the bachelor thesis was the evaluation of individual educations. Based on the evaluated exit test and feedback, it was found that the education enriched and brought to the clients completely new information regarding the topic.
