Tato práce se věnuje hypotečním úvěrům poskytovaným na českém bankovním trhu. První část je zaměřena na historii, teorii hypotečních úvěrů poskytovaných bankou a stavebním spořitelnou. Blíže jsem se věnovala úvěrovému procesu u Raiffeisenbank a Raiffeisen stavební spořitelny a porovnání produktové nabídky obou bank.
