Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje státní rozpočet a státní fondy v rozpočtové soustavě v letech 2000-2010. Analýza je více zaměřena na státní fond dopravní infrastruktury a na státní fond rozvoje bydlení. Tato práce se v první kapitole zabývá vysvětlením pojmu státního rozpočtu. This thesis analyzes the state budget and state funds in the budgetary system in the years 2000-2010. The analysis is more focused on the State Transport Infrastructure Fund and the State Housing Development Fund. This work is in the first chapter deals with explanation of the concept of the state budget. There is also a bit more elaborated development of the state budget in the years 2000-2010.
