Nursing Process in the Patient Undergoing Selective Coronary Angiography

Abstract:

Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické čísti je popsáno vyšetření selektivní koronarografie s vyšetřovanými tepnami a jejich zkratkami, dále je popsána indikace k vyšetření, kotraindikace k vyšetření, komplikace vyšetření a možné terapeutické intervence. Dále je v práci popsána celková příprava pacienta před vyšetřením, péče o pacienta při vyšetření a péče o pacienta po vyšetření. Praktická část práce popisuje ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta xxxxx. V praktické části bakalářské práce byl podrobně popsán ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta podstupujícího selektivní koronarografii na denním stacionáři. Na základě zhodnocení pacienta, dle funkčního modelu zdraví Marjory Gordon, byly stanoveny ošetřovatelské diagnózy, podle NANDA I Taxonomie II. V závěru práce jsou uvedená doporučení pro praxi.

Abstract:

The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, the examination of selective coronary angiography with the examined arteries and their shortcuts is described, the indication for the examination, co-indications for the examination, complications of the examination and possible therapeutic interventions are described. The work also describes the overall preparation of the patient before the examination, care of the patient during the examination and care of the patient after the examination. The practical part of the work describes the nursing process for patient xxxxx. In the practical part of the bachelor's thesis, the nursing process for a patient undergoing selective coronary angiography in a day care center was described in detail. Based on the assessment of the patient, according to the functional health model of Marjory Gordon, nursing diagnoses were determined, according to NANDA I Taxonomy II. Recommendations for practice are given at the end of the work.
