Diplomová práce se zabývá principem auonomie vůle v mezinárodním právu soukromém. Zachyceny jsou jeho jednotlivé projevy (především rozhodčí řízení, prorogace a volba práva), na které je nahlíženo prostřednictvím jejich jednotlivých mezí. This thesis is concerned with a fundamental principle of private, especially private international law - the principle of autonomy of will and its main demonstrations - arbitration, choice of forum and choice of law.
