Práce je členěna do několika částí. Teoretická část zahrnuje anatomické poznámky o složení, poruše a regeneraci periferního nervu, dále popis anatomie a funkce nervus facialis a mimických svalů a v poslední řadě se zabývá obecnou klinickou problematikou onemocnění, jako je etiologie, klinický obraz, diagnostické metody, terapeutické postupy, rizikové faktory a prognózu. The thesis is structurwd to several sections. The teoretic part covers of anatomic comments on structure, disorder and regeneration of peripheral nerve, futher description anatomy and function nervus facialis and mimic muscles and at last row universal clinic problems deal with disorder as is etiology, clinical picture, diagnostic metods, therapeutic routes, risk factors and prognosis.
