Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na objasnění složení jílových a železitých pigmentů v podkladech historických maleb a představení metod IR a Ramanovy spektroskopie a rtg práškové difrakce s ohledem na konkrétní vzorky a přístroje. Abstract:
The thesis is focused on compositional characterisation of clay and iron oxide pigments used in the paintings grounds and on presentation of IR and Raman’s spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction methods. Their suitability will be discussed with respect to specific samples and instruments. X-ray diffraction is a very effective method for direct phase analysis samples containing crystal constituents.
