Business Model for the Establishment of a Cafe

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je tvorba business modelu nového atraktivního podnikatelského subjektu, kterým je kavárna ve městě Přerov. V teoretické části jsou zmíněny poznatky z odborné literatury, jež se zabývá problematikou podnikání a tvorby business modelů. Na základě nově nabytých teoretických poznatků je v praktické části sestaven business model zamýšlené kavárny a také analýza tržního prostředí. Analýza tržního prostředí je vytvořena za použití analytických nástrojů, jako jsou: Porterův model pěti sil, SWOT a PEST analýza. Součástí praktické části je rovněž vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření, jehož výsledky jsou taktéž promítnuty do business modelu Lean Canvas. Vytvořený business model se jeví jako udržitelný, tedy se do něj vyplatí investovat.

Abstract:

The goal of this bachelor thesis is the creation of a new attractive business model for a cafe in Prerov. The theoretical part is focused on notes from the professional literature that deals with the problems of entrepreneurship and the creation of business models. Based on newly acquired theoretical knowledge as well as on the market analysis, is created the business model of the intended cafe. The market analysis is made by using analytical tools like Porter's Five Forces analysis, SWOT and PEST analysis. Included in the practical part is the questionnaire survey evaluation, whose results are reflected in the Lean Canvas business model. The created business model seems to be sustainable, therefore is worth investing in.
