Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zánětem jako takovým. Nejprve je zde zánět popsán a rozdělen do kategorií. Nechybí popis bakteriálního a virového zánětu. Největší část je věnována zánětlivým markerům, nejprve reaktantům akutní fáze, dále pak bílkovinám snižujícím přístup k reaktivním formám kyslíku. This bachelor work deals with inflammation. First there is inflammation described and divided into categories. There is described bacterial and viral inflammation too. The biggest part is dedicated to markers of inflammations. First there are reactants of acute phase, other there are proteins reducing access to reactive oxygen species.
