The relation of elementary school children to exercise and sport

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je provést analýzu vztahu dětí základní školy prvního stupně k pohybu a sportu. Práce je koncipována jako teoreticko-praktická. V teoretické části je charakterizován mladší školní věk, význam pohybu a sportu v životě člověka a vliv rodiny na pohybové a sportovní aktivity dětí na prvním stupni základní školy. V praktické části je popsán realizovaný kvantitativní výzkum, kterého se zúčastnilo 30 dětí z venkovské základní školy a čtyřicet dětí z městské základní školy. Z výzkumu vyplývá pozitivní postoj většiny dětí k pohybu a sportu, ale též nedostatečné vedení některých dětí k pohybu a sportu ze strany jejich rodičů.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the relationship of primary school children to movement and sport. The thesis is conceived as theoretical-practical. The theoretical part characterizes the younger school age, the importance of movement and sport in the life of a person and the influence of family on physical and sports activities of children in the first grade of primary school. The practical part describes the quantitative research, which was attended by 30 children from a rural primary school and forty children from a municipal primary school. The research shows a positive attitude of the majority of children towards movement and sport, but also insufficient guidance of some children to movement and sports by their parents.
