Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce se stala: Výživa sportovce a monitoring u oboru sportovní management. Cílem práce je zjistit a zhodnotit míru informovanosti studentů prvního, druhého a třetího ročníku oboru Sportovní management, Univerzity Hradec Králové v oblasti výživy sportovce a jejich vzájemné porovnání. S ohledem na sportovní zaměření studentů a absolvování předmětů Fyziologie 1 a Fyziologie 2, které jsou součástí tohoto studijního programu. Práce se skládá z části teoretické a výzkumné. V části teoretické jsou shromážděny informace týkající se výživy sportovce. Tato část zahrnuje význam výživy ve sportu, přehled a charakteristiku základních složek výživy, informace o doplňcích používaných ve sportovní výživě a o zásadách pitného režimu. V praktické části se zaměřuji na analýzu zjištěných dat, které jsem získala za pomoci výzkumu provedeného metodou dotazníku. V závěru se píše o výsledcích porovnání, čímž bylo zjištěno potvrzení daných hypotéz či jejich vyvrácení.

Abstract:

The theme of this work is become: Sports nutrition and monitoring in the field of Sports management. The aim of this work is to research and assess the level of acquaintance of the students of the first, the second and the third year of the branch of Sports management, University of Hradec Kralove in the field of the sports nutrition and their mutual comparison. The work is made with regard to the sport orientation of the students and passing the course of Physiology 1 and Physiology 2 which are the part of this field of study. The work consists of the theoretical part and the research. The theoretical part includes information concerning sports nutrition. This section covers the importance of the nutrition in sport, an overview and the description of the basic components of the nutrition, the information about the supplements used in the sports nutrition and the guidelines for drinking regime. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the data, gained from the research conducted by using a questionnaire method. In conclusion, there are presented the results of the comparison, whereby the hypotheses were either confirmed or refuted.
