Prevention and Treatment of Muscular System Disorders in Special Education of Security Bodies

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem předložené závěrečné práce je vytvořit návrh souboru kompenzačních cvičení nejen pro studenty úpolových sportů v oboru Speciální edukace bezpečnostních složek. Dále představíme obor Speciální edukace bezpečnostních složek a zde vyučované úpolové sporty. Navážeme představením svalového systému a dále se budeme věnovat funkčním svalovým poruchám – svalovým dysbalancím. Na konci bakalářské práce se budeme věnovat kompenzačním cvičením a navrhneme soubor kompenzačních cvičení nejen pro studenty oboru Speciální edukace bezpečnostních složek, který by mohl sloužit jako prevence nebo náprava funkčních poruch svalového systému vzniklé v důsledku výuky úpolových sportů nejen v oboru Speciální edukace bezpečnostních složek.

Abstract:

The main goal of the presented final work is create design a set of compensatory exercises not only for students of combat sports in the field of Special Education of Security Bodies. We will also introduce the field of Special Education of Security Bodies and combat sports taught here. We will follow up with the introduction of the muscular system and we will also focus on functional muscle disorders - muscle imbal-ances. At the end of the bachelor's thesis we will focus on compensato-ry exercises and propose a set of compensatory exercises not only for students in the field of Special Education of Security Bodies, which could serve as prevention or correction of functional disorders of the muscular system caused by teaching combat sports not only in the field of Special Education of Security Bodies.
