Získávání zaměstnanců na vysoce kvalifikované pracovní pozice

Abstract:

Cílem práce je definovat, jaké pracovní portály vybraná personální agentura používá při získávání kvalifikované pracovní síly a rovněž zjistit, kde kvalifikovaní uchazeči práci hledají a jakým aspektům v rámci inzerce při výběru pozic dávají přednost. Pro naplnění cíle byla použita metoda dotazníkového šetření, obsahová analýza a analýza vnitropodnikových materiálů. Pro následnou analýzu získaných dat jsme použili metodu kódování, statistickou metodu Annova test a deskriptivní statistiku. Základní zjištění na základě našeho výzkumu říkají, že personální agentura hledá kvalifikovanou pracovní sílu na těch pracovních portálech, kde i kvalifikovaná pracovní síla hledá nabídky práce. Jsou zde stanoveny doporučení na některé nové portály, které by personální agentura mohla používat a také doporučení pro uchazeče o práci týkající se efektivního používání jednotlivých portálů. Ve zveřejněné inzerci personální agentury však nejsou zastoupeny klíčové aspekty jako nabízené rozpětí mzdy, přesná lokalita výkonu práce či informace o firmě, které u kvalifikované pracovní síly zvyšují atraktivitu daného inzerátu. Sestavovatelům inzerce je také doporučeno, jakým chybám v inzerci se vyhnout a co naopak do inzerce zakomponovat. Přínos práce tedy spočívá v doporučeních, jak sestavovat inzerci, aby byla atraktivnější pro uchazeče o práci a jak pracovat s pracovními portály, aby pro uchazeče bylo jednodušší najít pracovní místo. Omezení této práce spočívá ve zkoumání dané problematiky pouze u jedné personální agentury a rovněž byl sledován pouze pohled kvalifikované pracovní síly na pracovní portály a inzerci a nebyl zkoumán pohled personalistů na životopisy uchazečů.

Abstract:

The aim of the work is to define which job portals the selected staffing agency uses when recruiting qualified labour and also to find out where qualified applicants look for work and which aspects of advertising they prefer when choosing positions. To fulfill the goal, the methods of questionnaire survey, content analysis and analysis of internal company materials were used. For the subsequent analysis of data acquisition, we used the coding method, the statistical method Annova test and descriptive statistics. The basic findings based on our research say that the staffing agency is looking for qualified labour on those job portals where qualified labour is also looking for job offers. There are recommendations for some new portals that a staffing agency could use, as well as recommendations for job seekers on how to use each portal effectively. However, key aspects such as the offered salary range, the exact location of work or information about the company, which increase the attractiveness of the advertisement for qualified labour, are not represented in the published advertising of the staffing agency. The compilers of the advertisement are also advised what mistakes to avoid in the advertisement and what, on the contrary, to incorporate into the advertisement. The benefit of the work therefore lies in recommendations on how to compile an advertisement to make it more attractive to job seekers and how to work with job portals to make it easier for applicants to find a job. The limitation of this work lies in the examination of the given issue at only one staffing agency, and also only the view of the qualified workforce on job portals and advertising was monitored, and the view of HR professionals on the resumes of applicants was not examined.
