The puppet therapy and its contribution for children with moderate retardation

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá přínosem terapie loutkou u dětí se středně těžkým mentálním postižením. Teoretická část práce obsahuje vymezení, charakteristiku a popis dítěte se středně těžkým mentálním postižením, charakteristiku expresivních terapií včetně jednotlivých vymezení muzikoterapie, tanečně-pohybové terapie, biblioterapie, arteterapie a dramaterapie, a také obsahuje vhled do terapie loutkou, její metodiky, struktury lekcí, charakteristiky loutek, lektorů a využitých materiálů. Praktická část se pak zabývá výzkumným šetřením, při kterém se zjišťuje přínos terapie loutkou u tří dětí se středně těžkým mentálním postižením se zaměřením na možnosti rozvoje specifických oblastí, přičemž u každého dítěte je výzkum zaměřen na jinou oblast. Výzkum zjišťuje i názor třídních učitelek na přínos terapii loutkou.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the benefits of the puppet therapy for children with moderate retardation. The theoretical part includes definition, characteristics and description of the child with moderate retardation and expressive theories including individual definitions of music therapy, dance-movement therapy, bibliotherapy, art therapy and drama therapy, and also includes an insight into the puppet therapy, its methodics, structure of lessons, characteristics of puppets, lecturers and materials used. The practical part deals with the research survey of the benefits of the puppet therapy for three children with moderate retardation with a focus on possibilities of development of specific areas, while individual researches for individual children are focused on different field. The research also determines opinions of class teachers on the puppet therapy.
