Abstract:
Tuto práci jsem vypracoval pro vedení akciové společnosti jako podklad pro stanovení její podnikové strategie v oblasti nabízených služeb pro plánované období let 2010 až 2012. Jejím cílem je stanovit pomocí několika matematických metod hodnotu společnosti a činností vlastního projektového týmu minimalizovat náklady předpokládaného outsourcingu této služby.

I made this work for the management of joint-stock company as the basis for the determination of its business strategy in the sphere of the offered services. For the planned period of the years 2010-2012.
