Bakalářská práce se zabývá začleněním směnárenské činnosti do spediční firmy. První části se zabývá právním rámcem směnárenské činnosti a povinnostmi směnáren vůči České národní bance. Druhá část práce pojednává o konkrétní společnosti, představení této firmy, porovnává předpoklady s dosaženými výsledky insourcingu a navrhuje možnosti zlepšení činnosti. This thesis deals with the insourcing of foreign exchange activity in forwarding company. The first part deals with the current legal scope of the exchange activity and the obligations of the exchange offices to the Czech Central Bank.
