Anotácia:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá začleněním směnárenské činnosti do spediční firmy. První části se zabývá právním rámcem směnárenské činnosti a povinnostmi směnáren vůči České národní bance. Druhá část práce pojednává o konkrétní společnosti, představení této firmy, porovnává předpoklady s dosaženými výsledky insourcingu a navrhuje možnosti zlepšení činnosti. Cílem práce je posouzení, zda nová činnost je přínosem pro spediční firmu a zda je vykonávána v souladu s legislativou.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the insourcing of foreign exchange activity in forwarding company. The first part deals with the current legal scope of the exchange activity and the obligations of the exchange offices to the Czech Central Bank. The second part deals with specific company, the introduction of this company, compares the requirements with real result and suggests ways of improving. The aim of this study is to identify if the new activity is the benefit to the forwarding company and if this is in accordance line with the legislation.
