The thesis focuses on implementation of image segmentation methods based on the default and extended parametric active contour model. The segmentation methods are implemented in the C++ language and integrated into the teaching application PA166-Tester along with a user interface that allows users to select points which define a contour. Práca sa zaoberá implementáciou metód na segmentáciu obrazu založených na základnom a rozšírenom modeli parametrických aktívnych kontúr. Metódy sú implementované v jazyku C++ a integrované do výučbovej aplikácie PA166-Tester spolu s používateľským rozhraním pre zadávanie bodov kontúry.
