Předmětem diplomové práce je odpovědnost z vadného plnění u software se zaměřením na smluvní vylučování této odpovědnosti a proces vytýkání vad. Práce vyhodnocuje stav v této oblasti de lege lata po poslední civilní rekodifikaci na základě zákonné úpravy, judikatury a právní vědy a z daného vyvozuje praktické důsledky. The thesis deals with the liability for defective software focusing on the contractual exclusion of the liability, as well as the process of reproaching for a defect.
