Diversity and Inclusive Culture as Factors of Successful Employee Adaptation in UniCredit Bank

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na diverzitu a inkluzivní kulturu jako faktory úspěšné adaptace zaměstnanců v bance UniCredit. Práce zkoumá a analyzuje současnou praxi v oblasti diverzity a inkluze v bankovním sektoru, s důrazem na věkovou diverzitu a firemní kulturu. Cílem této práce je identifikovat klíčové aspekty diverzity a inkluzivní kultury, které mohou přispět k úspěšné adaptaci zaměstnanců, a navrhnout možná zlepšení pro organizaci. V závěru práce bude na základě zjištěných poznatků navržen nový firemní adaptační proces. Výzkum je založen na studiu odborné literatury, analýze interních dokumentů a dotazníkovém šetření mezi zaměstnanci a kvalitativní technice sběru dat focus group.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on diversity and inclusive culture as factors of successful adaptation of employees in UniCredit Bank. The thesis examines and analyses current diversity and inclusion practices in the banking sector, with an emphasis on Age Diversity and Corporate Culture. The aim of this thesis is to identify the key aspects of diversity and inclusive culture that can contribute to successful employee adaptation and suggest possible improvements for the organisation. The thesis will conclude by proposing a new corporate adaptation process based on the findings. The research is based on a literature study, analysis of internal documents and a questionnaire survey among employees and qualitative focus group data collection technique.
