Určení hustoty plazmatu rezonanční sondou

Measurement of plasma density by resonant probe
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme návrhu, konstrukci a verifikaci samooscilační rezonanční sondy, která má poskytnout alternativu měření jednoho ze základních parametrů plazmatu – koncentrace elektronů. Experimentální výsledky kalibrujeme měřením Langmuirovou sondou a diskutujeme s výsledky numerického výpočtu provedeného v programu COMSOL Multiphysics metodou konečných prvků.
Abstract:
In this thesis I focus on a concept, design and verification of the self-oscillating resonant probe in order to obtain an alternative method for measuring one of the plasma‘s basic properties – the electron concentration. The experimental values are to be calibrated with the Langmuir probe measurements and discussed with the values given by a computation in Comsol via the finite element method.
