Cessation of Obligations
Abstract:
Každý z nás se setkáváme se závazkovými vztahy a přímo do nich vstupujeme. Ideálním zánikem závazku se rozumí jeho splnění. Avšak nastávají situace, kdy závazek zanikne, aniž by došlo k jeho splnění.
Abstract:
Each of us, we meet the liability and direct them to enter. The ideal termination liability shall be its fulfillment. However, there are situations when extinguished, without its fulfillment.
