Bakalářská práce se ve svém obsahu zaměřuje na oblast správního trestání v oblasti ochrany veřejného zdraví. Charakterizuje obecně pojmy veřejné zdraví a jeho ochrana a také související pojmy ke správně právní odpovědnosti, které následně ve zvláštní části aplikuje v oblasti ochrany veřejného zdraví a rozebírá i aktuální legislativu a judikaturu.
