Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je porovnat dva odlišné účetní systémy (US GAAP a českou účetní úpravu) a jejich vliv na měření finanční výkonnosti podniku. Tato práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsán rozdíl mezi účetními systémy z pohledu regulace státem nebo soukromou firmou, základní principy jednotlivých účetních systémů, rozdíl mezi účetními výkazy a popis stručné finanční analýzy. V praktické části je ukázka rozdílů na účetním příkladu, zpracování jednotlivých účetních výkazů a vypracování stručné finanční analýzy. Na základě finanční analýzy je pak zhodnocen vliv rozdílu účetních systémů.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to compare two different accounting systems (US GAAP and Czech accounting adjustment) and their influence on measuring the financial performance of a company. This work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the difference between accounting systems in terms of regulation by a state or a private company, the basic principles of individual accounting systems, the difference between financial statements and a brief financial analysis. In the practical part there is a demonstration of differences on the accounting example, processing of individual financial statements and elaboration of a brief financial analysis. Based on the financial analysis is then evaluated the impact of the difference in accounting systems.
