Diplomová práce se zabývá především studiem dopadu zvýšené hladiny rostlinných hormonů cytokininů na strukturu xylému u transgenních rostlin tabáku, které obsahují transkripční aktivační systém pOp/ipt – 35S/LhGR. Diploma thesis is principally focused on the analysis of cytokinins higher level and their influence on the xylem structure in transgenic tobacco plants containing transcription activation system pOp/ipt - 35S/LhGR..
