Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá především studiem dopadu zvýšené hladiny rostlinných hormonů cytokininů na strukturu xylému u transgenních rostlin tabáku, které obsahují transkripční aktivační systém pOp/ipt – 35S/LhGR. Celý systém je aktivován chemicky aplikací dexamethasonu a výsledkem je zvýšená biosyntéza cytokininů. Diploma thesis is principally focused on the analysis of cytokinins higher level and their influence on the xylem structure in transgenic tobacco plants containing transcription activation system pOp/ipt - 35S/LhGR..
