Communication strategy of the hockey club

Abstract:

The goal of this diploma thesis “The communication strategy of ice hockey club“ is to design communication campaign for semi-professional ice hockey team HC Technika Brno. In the first part I will summarize what theoretical sources say about marketing communication. I will closer what semi-professional club means as well and what its possibilities are. In the second part I will analyse the surroundings of the club – outter and inner as wel. The informations from both part – the first and the second – I will use in the third part, where I will design communication campaign for one year. Part of which will be time table, budget and control methods.

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce "Komunikační strategie hokejového klubu" je navržení komunikační strategie pro poloprofesionální hokejový tým HC Technika Brno. V první části shrnu teoretické poznatky ohledně tématu marketingové komunikace. Více přiblížím, co to znamená poloprofesionální klub a jaké jsou jeho možnosti. V druhé části se zaměřím na analýzu okolí klubu - jak vnější, tak vnitřní. Informace z obou částí - první a druhé - použiji v části třetí, kde navrhnu komunikační kampaň na jeden rok. Součástí budou časový plán, rozpočet a kontrolní metody (mechanismy).
