Predmetom diplomovej práce “Porovnanie prípadov porušenia hospodárskej súťaže obchodnými reťazcami na Slovensku a v Českej republike” je posúdiť postup v jednotlivých prípadoch, porovnať relatívne výšky pokút udelených obchodným reťazcom na Slovensku a v Českej republike a zistiť, ako sa postup antimonopolných úradov stotožňuje s teoretickými východiskami a smernicami Európskej komisie.
