Total organic carbon in microbial biomass monitoring
Abstract:
This Bachelor thesis deals with the possibility to use the total organic carbon (TOC) analyzer for determination of cell carbon as indicator of cell growth of autotrophic organisms grown on media containing ferrum ions. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možností použití analyzátoru celkového organického uhlíku (TOC) na stanovení buněčného uhlíku jako indikátoru růstu buněk autotrofních organismů pěstovaných v médiích obsahujících ionty železa.
