The master’s thesis “Use of convertible bonds for funding a business” incorporates the analysis of convertible bonds as a possible source of corporate financing. The company financial structure is described in detail within the first part. The second part deals with the convertible bonds themselves, their advantages and disadvantages and their potential use.
