Abstract:

Diplomová práce byla zpracována na téma výskyt mastitid v průběhu roku. V první části diplomové práce bylo rozebráno rozdělení a popsání mastitid na subklinické a klinické formy. V druhé části jsou rozepsány druhy mastitid na závislosti na patogenu, který tuto mastitidu vyvolává. Dále v diplomové práci byly rozebrány vstupní brány infekce, zdroje a způsoby nákazy. Poslední část rešerše se zabývá diagnostikou a léčbou mastitidy. V praktické části byly z vybraného podniku zpracovány data ve výskytu mastitid a na základě údajů bylo zpracováno vyhodnocení, v jakém období se mastitidy nejvíce vyskytují a následné doporučení pro preventivní opatření proti vzniku mastitid.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis was prepared on the topic of the occurrence of mastitis during the year. In the first part of the diploma thesis, the division and description of mastitis into subclinical and clinical forms was discussed. The second part describes the types of mastitis depending on the pathogen that causes this mastitis. Furthermore, the entrance gates of infection, sources and methods of infection were analyzed in the diploma thesis. The last part of the research deals with the diagnosis and treatment of mastitis. In the practical part, data on the occurrence of mastitis were processed from the selected company and based on the data, an evaluation of the period in which mastitis occurs the most and subsequent recommendations for preventive measures against mastitis were processed.
