Multimedia material for teaching the basics steps of hip hop dance style

Abstract:

Téma bakalářské práce řeší zásadní problém s nedostatkem kvalitních materiálů v této oblasti pohybové aktivity. Teoretická východiska práce jsou proto doplněny vlastními postřehy z mé taneční praxe. Dále shrnují historii Hip hopu a tanečního stylu Street dance a Hip hop a jeho detailnější rozdělení. Teoretická východiska poukazují na vliv hudby ve sportovním odvětví a důležitosti rytmického cítění. Obecně popisují, jaké prostředí, hudební doprovod, vybavení a oblečení je nejvhodnější v této oblasti pohybové aktivity a charakterizují ideální dovednosti a vlastnosti lektora tance. Závěr teoretické části obsahuje popis tréninkové jednotky a detailnější popis všech jejích částí. V hlavní části bakalářské práce jsou sepsány metodické postupy 10 tanečních kroků hip hopu. Metodické výstupy jsou doplněny o přílohu s videosnímky, které naleznete na webové stránce anastazieungerova.cz vytvořené cíleně pro tuto práci. Vzhledem k vlastním trenérským zkušenostem a poznatkům z čerpané literatury je také součástí hlavní části práce Taneční jednotka s metodickým listem a videosnímkem. Taneční jednotka byla realizována a natočena se studenty Pedagogické fakulty Jana Evangelisty Purkyně v rámci Povinně volitelného předmětu "Hip hop". Na základě zkušeností a ověření se studenty je taneční jednotka využitelná v praxi. Ráda bych svojí prací pomohla budoucím trenérům, tělovýchovným pedagogům, našim studentům a všem co si nebudou vědět rady ohledně vedení taneční hodiny se zaměřením na taneční styl Street dance a Hip hop.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor's thesis solves a fundamental problem with the lack of quality materials in this area of physical activity. The theoretical background of the thesis is therefore supplemented by my own observations from my dance practice. It also summarizes the history of Hip hop and Street dance and Hip hop dance style and its detailed division. The theoretical background points to the influence of music in the sport and the importance of rhythmic sensitivity. In general, it describes in general terms what environment, musical accompaniment, equipment and clothing is most appropriate in this physical activity and characterizes the ideal skills and qualities of a dance instructor. The theoretical part concludes with a description of the training unit and a more detailed description of all its parts. The methodical procedures of 10 hip hop dance steps are written in the main part of the bachelor's thesis. The methodological outputs are supplemented by an appendix with video clips, which can be found on a website created specifically for this thesis. Due to my own coaching experience and knowledge from the literature, the main part of the thesis also includes a dance unit with a method sheet and a video clip. The dance unit was realized and filmed with students of the Jan Evangelista Purkyně Faculty of Education within the framework of the compulsory elective course "Hip hop". Based on the experience and verification with students, the dance unit is usable in practice. I would like my bachelor's thesis to help future coaches, physical education teachers, our students and all those who do not know how to conduct a dance class focusing on Street dance and Hip hop.
