Motivation in Small and Medium-Sized Business
Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce „Motivace v malých a středních podnicích“ je analýza motivačních systémů v malých, středních a velkých podnicích, a zda jsou s těmito motivačními systému zaměstnanci spokojeni. Výstupem srovnání jednotlivých motivačních programů bude doporučení vhodného motivačního programu pro konkrétní podniky.
Abstract:
The goal of the submitted thesis: “Motivation in Small and Medium-Sized Business” is the analysis of motivation systems in Small, Medium-Sized and Large Business and satisfaction of the employees with these systems. Output of this thesis is recommendation of suitable motivation system for concrete companies.
