Labdanové diterpeny jsou skupinou přírodních látek skládajících se z dekalinového skeletu a vedlejšího řetězce. Mnoho těchto látek vykazuje antibakteriální, antimykotické, protizánětlivé nebo jiné biologické účinky, což z nich a jejich analogů dělá atraktivní cíl totální syntézy. Labdane diterpenes is a class of natural products comprising a bicyclic decalin system with a side chain. Many members of this family possess biological activity, such as antibacterial, antifungal or anti-inflammatory, making them and their analogs attractive targets for total synthesis.
