Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá požadavky podniků na profily absolventů - programátorů. Cílem této práce je zmapování požadavků, které podniky na čerstvé absolventy vysokých škol v oblasti programování kladou. Tohoto cíle je dosaženo analýzou trendů vývoje programování jak v minulosti, tak s výhledem do nejbližší budoucnosti, následnými rozhovory s odborníky zodpovědnými za vývoj SW v různých podnicích. This thesis looks into the company requirements for software developer graduates. Its purpose is to map the most important requirements that companies demand from software developer graduates. This is achieved by interviews with experts in the field and a subsequent questionnaire.
