Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu polychlorovaných bifenylů (PCB), organochlorových pesticidů (OCP) a polybromovaných difenyletherů (PBDE) ve vnitřním prostředí. Tyto látky se řadí mezi perzistentní organické látky (POP), což je velmi významná skupina toxikantů v životním prostředí. Expozice těchto látek může mít velmi vážné zdravotní důsledky. This thesis is focused on polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), organochlorine pesticides (OCPs), and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) in indoor environments. These compounds are all persistent organic pollutants (POPs), which are important environmental contaminants, and exposure can results in negative health effects.
