Hospodářská soutěž je prostor, kde se střetávají soutěžitelé s cílem zisku, prodeje a propagace své firmy. Aby tato soutěž správně fungovala, je nutné dodržovat pravidla hospodářské soutěže. Porušením soutěžních pravidel dochází k narušení soutěže a poškození jiných soutěžitelů. The economic competition is the space where competitors meet to make profit, to support their sales and to promote their companies. In order to ensure the proper functioning of this competition, it is necessary to keep the competition rules.
