Abstract:
Přítomnost nádorových kmenových buněk byla prokázána ve většině solidních nádorů. Nádorové kmenové buňky jsou komponenty tumoru, které mají schopnost sebeobnovy, proliferace a diferenciace. Abstract:
The cancer stem cells have been identified in most solid tumours. Cancer stem cells have the ability of self-renewal, proliferation and differentiation. The process of self-renewal is controlled by the signaling pathways such as Wnt, Hedgehog or Notch.
