Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit současnou komunikaci v projektovém týmu. Případně navrhnout opatření pro zlepšení této současné komunikace. Jak z hlediska teoretických poznatků, které byly čerpány z různých zdrojů jak v českém, tak anglickém jazyce, tak také z praktických poznatků, které byly potvrzeny na základě analýzy. První kapitola představuje základní teoretické pojmy z obecného projektového řízení a druhá kapitola seznamuje s komunikací na obecné úrovni. Třetí kapitola se věnuje specifickému řízení projektů a to především agilnímu přístupu, ve kterém se nejčastěji používá metodika Scrum. Čtvrtá kapitola prezentuje společnost Kerio Technologies, především plzeňskou pobočku. Dále charakterizuje probíhající projekt a projektový tým. Pátá kapitola obsahuje analýzu komunikace v projektovém týmu a šestá kapitola hodnotí současnou komunikaci projektového týmu na základě analýzy. V sedmé kapitole jsou představeny možné návrhy vedoucí ke zlepšení komunikace. Důvod výběru tohoto tématu je zvyšující potřeba se věnovat této problematice a získat tak ucelený pohled na komunikaci v projektovém řízení v oblasti IT v českém prostředí.

Abstract:

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyze and to evaluate current communication in project team. Eventually to propose measures for improving the current communication. Both in terms of theoretical knowledge, which were taken from various resources, received in Czech as well as in English language, as well as in terms of practical knowledge, which were confirmed by analysis. The first chapter introduces the basic theoretical terms of project management in general and the second chapter introduces the communication in general. The third chapter is devoted to a specific project management, especially agile approach, in which is most often being used Scrum methodology. The fourth chapter presents a company Kerio Technologies, especially its Pilsen branch. Furthermore characterizes the ongoing project and project team. The fifth chapter contains an analysis of communication in project team and the sixth chapter assesses the current communication of the project team based on the analysis. The seventh chapter presents possible proposal for improving communication. The reason for choosing this topic is an increasing need to devote this issue and get a comprehensive view of communication in project management in IT in the Czech Republic.
