Diplomová práce zpracovává téma českého trůnního práva do nástupu Lucemburků s cílem podrobit zkoumání dvě základní teze: 1. Presented master´s thesis focuses on the issue of the law of succession to the throne in Bohemia until the Luxembourg Dynasty with the aim of prooving two main propositions: 1.
