Cholesterol and bile acids in lipid metabolism
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou cholesterolu a žlučových kyselin. Zaměřuje se na hlavní funkce cholesterolu a žlučových kyselin v metabolismu lipidů. Dále se zabývá onemocněními spojenými s jejich špatnou funkcí. Poslední kapitola popisuje metody stanovení cholesterolu a žlučových kyselin.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the characteristics of cholesterol and bile acids. It focused on the main functions of cholesterol nad bile acids in lipid metabolism. It also deals with dieases associated with their malfunction. The last chapter describes methods of determination of cholesterol nad bile acids.
