Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je navrhnout vhodné změny a doporučení v oblasti zaměstnaneckých benefitů významné české banky. Po provedení analýzy současného stavu a dotazníkového šetření zhodnotit současné využívání zaměstnaneckých benefitů a na základě zpětné vazby od zaměstnanců doporučit úpravu benefitů. Práce se také zabývá daňovými aspekty využívání zaměstnaneckých benefitů, které jsou nastaveny nyní, a které by mohly být ovlivněny zavedením windfall tax.

Abstract:

The theme of this bachelor thesis is to propose appropriate changes and recommendations in the field of employee benefits by a major Czech bank. After carrying out an analysis of the current situation and a questionnaire survey, evaluate the current use of employee benefits and, based on feedback from employees, recommend a modification of benefits. The thesis also deals with tax aspects of the use of employee benefits that are set up now and that could be affected by the introduction of windfall tax.
